Examples of the coffees likely to be included are :
Peru Cajamarca – This is a hearty smooth coffee with a rich creamy body, notes of cirtus, berries and marzipan with a satisfying chocolate finish.
Guatemala Maria Ramos – A lovely smooth Fairtrade and Organic coffee. Sweet fruity notes followed by dark chocolate digestives, what’s not to like !
Ethiopia Biftu Gudina – This coffee is bursting with flavour. We found a clean fresh lime and jasmine brightness, followed by a zesty sweet marmalade centre and a smooth creamy caramel finish. It reminds me of cream line toffees.
East Timor Eratio II – This surprisingly funky little coffee really stood out for us on the cupping table. It packs in lots of interest, while remaining clean and refined. A real joy to drink.
Colombia Asprobalbao – One of our most popular coffee origins, this coffee is clean and refined with citrus, red berry and spice notes up front followed by a satisfying dark chocolate and toffee finish.
Honduras Saul Moises Mejia – A lovely complex coffee – clean and fruity with a satisfying rich fudgy sweetness. Produced on a true family farm where almost all of the work including harvesting is done by owner Saul and his relatives.
