When will my coffee arrive ?

We roast all our coffees to order so it usually takes a day or two to make up your order. Most orders are roasted on Mondays and Tuesdays and dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Ordinarily that means your coffee should be with you on Thursday or Friday. We are aware that are often delays in the postal system at the moment however so please be patient.

Christmas Delivery Dates:

This year the last order date for pre-Christmas delivery is 17th December for our Regular delivery services and 19th December for our Fast & Tracked service. Do bear in mind however that the cost of our Fast & Tracked service will go up on the days prior to Christmas as we migrate to ever faster services. So it’s best to order early !

If you’d like to order now but have your coffee arrive fresh just before Christmas – we can do that. Simply request it when you order.

How much is delivery ?

We offer FREE delivery on all subscriptions and orders over £25 to the UK Mainland.

Which couriers do you use ?

We use Royal Mail for small orders and an overnight courier or pallet carrier for larger orders.

Is the delivery time guaranteed ?

Deliveries are undertaken by Royal Mail and other couriers and as such we have limited control over what happens after we dispatch your order. Therefore please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are not of the essence for any order or supply agreement. This particularly applies to any ‘pre-Christmas’ delivery options.

What do I do if my purchase does not arrive ?

Very occasionally things can go wrong. When a delivery hasn’t arrived as expected however, we usually find that it is with a neighbour, or it’s at your local Royal Mail delivery office. Postie doesn’t always leave a card so it’s worth asking your neighbours, your postie or your local delivery office before contacting us.

A delivery is only considered to be ‘lost in the post’ if it has not arrived (or been returned to us by the carrier) within 30 days of dispatch.
However, if your purchase has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Please note that we only provide a refund if your delivery is lost and you have selected our ‘Fast & Tracked’ delivery service.

Letterbox Friendly

If you’re just ordering or subscribing to receive a single 227g pouch of coffee – we’ll post it to you in a letterbox friendly cardboard mailer which is designed to fit through 95% of all UK letterboxes.

Large Orders / Pallet Deliveries

For orders in excess of 50kg or deliveries by pallet, please allow a minimum of 7 working days following cleared payment.

Local Collection

If you are local and would like to collect from the roastery you are welcome to do so. Once you have entered your postcode at checkout you will be given the option to select ‘Local Collection’ in the Shipping area of the checkout page. When your order has been roasted you’ll receive an email to tell you that it’s ready for collection. Orders not collected within 4 weeks will be disposed of.

Highlands and Islands

We offer free delivery to the UK Highlands and Islands for all subscriptions and small orders over £20.  For other orders any additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout.

The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: ZE1-3, TR21-25, PH17-PH50, PA60-78, PA20-49, KW1-17,  KA27-KA28, IV1-IV56, IM1-IM9, IM99, HS1-HS9, BT1-BT99  . Please get in touch for delivery of parcels to the Channel Islands.

International Delivery

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
