DeliveryWhen will my coffee arrive ?We roast all our coffees to order on Mondays. So each week there are two cut-off times: Shop Orders Cut-Off: Monday 5pm New Subscription Cut-Off: Tuesday 4pm The coffee is packed within hours of roasting and dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. With this timeframe your coffee arrives in peak condition – super fresh, perfectly rested and ready to drink.(Holiday periods may differ as we work around postal limitations.)Which couriers do you use ?We use Royal Mail for small orders and an overnight courier for larger orders.Letterbox FriendlyIf you’re just ordering or subscribing to receive a single 227g pouch of coffee – we’ll post it to you in a letterbox friendly cardboard mailer which is designed to fit through 95% of all UK letterboxes.How much is delivery ?We offer FREE (UK mainland) shipping on all subscritions and orders over £25. For Express Delivery an additional charge is applied at checkout.Local CollectionIf you are local and would like to collect from the roastery you are welcome to do so. Once you have entered your postcode at checkout you will be given the option to select ‘Local Collection’ in the Shipping area of the checkout page. When your order has been roasted you’ll receive an email to tell you that it’s ready for collection.Highlands and IslandsWe offer free delivery to the UK Highlands and Islands for all subscriptions. For other orders an additional delivery charge will be applied at checkout.The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: ZE1-3, TR21-25, PH17-PH50, PA60-78, PA20-49, KW1-17, KA27-KA28, IV1-IV56, IM1-IM9, IM99, HS1-HS9, BT1-BT99 .
