Who we are

We are Footprint Coffee Limited. Company Number: 07754429, Registered Office: Ednol Farm, Kinnerton, Presteigne, Powys, LD8 2PF. Our registered office is also our trading address.

Accepting Our Terms

By placing an order with us you are accepting the Terms and Conditions set out here. If you place an order via our website you will be asked to review and accept this document at checkout. Please read it carefully and if you have any questions please Contact Us.

Orders and Billing

Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy products from us. Receipt of your order will be automatically acknowledged by email from our website.
You can find full details of your current and previous orders and subscriptions by clicking on the My Account section of our website.

Tax invoices are forwarded to business customers by email.

Promotional Coupons and Offers

A range of offers and promotions may be made available to new and/or existing customers from time to time. Each offer is limited to one discount per person, business or household. Once your promotional order has been fulfilled you will be billed at the standard rate prevailing at the time of order for subsequent coffee deliveries.

Any promotional code or offer provided by Footprint Coffee Ltd. cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. We reserve the right to amend or cancel promotion coupons and offers at any time.

Payments

For one off purchases or gift subscription purchases you will be charged via your chosen payment method when you place an order.
For recurring Pay-As-You-Go subscription orders payment for the first delivery will be taken when you place your order. Your subscription will then automatically renew at the frequency you request and you will be billed again on the Friday of the week before your next delivery is due. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method until you cancel your scheduled renewal payments.

If you choose to cancel your renewal payments we will deliver the coffee that has already been paid for, but we will not renew your subscription and you will not be charged again.

Returns

All of our coffees are bespoke food products, roasted and prepared to order and often dispatched in personalised packaging. As such we generally cannot accept returns or give refunds for unwanted items.

However, if we make a mistake and send something that you have not ordered we will rectify the problem as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to request that faulty goods or wrongly delivered items be returned to us by recorded delivery for inspection. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods including postage. We will consider refunds for any coffee returned to us within 7 days of receipt and other products within 28 days of receipt.

Cancellation and Amendment

You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first delivery. Cancellation requests and updates for your subscription should be made via the My Account pages of our website.
When you pre-purchase a subscription for a specified number of deliveries (greater than one at a time), your contract with us will be subject to a 14 day ‘cooling off period’. This means that you may cancel your order at any time within the first 14 days and receive refund the full value of the subscription less the standard price of any coffee you keep. If you would like a full refund you must return all deliveries unopened within 7 days of receipt. After the 14 day cooling off period cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 28 days. NB: Our standard price is the published price of a single delivery the specific coffee received as advertised at on our website excluding any promotions.

Data Protection, Privacy Policy and Cookies

As with all online shops we need to collect certain information about you in order to process and deliver your orders. We also collect information to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience, to inform you of our news, competitions and promotions and to analyse how our website is used so that we can make sure that we are providing the best service possible. We realise that you are trusting us to use this information sensitively and responsibly and in return we want you to be re-assured that we take your privacy very seriously.

General

Please note that coffee is a natural product. While we make every effort remove any foreign bodies that get through our suppliers’ meticulous stages of processing and sorting the coffee, occasionally small items such as pebbles and sticks can slip through. We accept no responsibility for any damage that such items my cause and suggest that if you receive your coffee from us in whole bean form you double check to ensure that there are no foreign bodies prior to adding the coffee to your machine.

These Terms and Conditions do not restrict any of your statutory rights.
