We are Footprint Coffee Limited trading as Footprint Hand Roasted Coffee. Company Number: 07754429, Registered Office: Ednol Farm, Kinnerton, Presteigne, Powys, LD8 2PF. Our registered office is also our trading address.

Orders and Billing
You can find the specific details regarding your orders and subscriptions including your next scheduled deliveries, by clicking on the ‘My Account’ section of our website.
Your submission of an order amounts to an offer to enter a contract to buy products from us. Your order will be automatically acknowledged by our system. Your order will only be considered accepted once it has been reviewed, at which time we’ll send you an Order Confirmation.
Promotion Coupons and Offers
Introductory offers (e.g. First Delivery Half Price) may be made available to new subscribers. Introductory offers are limited to one discount per person or household. After your offer has been fulfilled you will be billed the normal price for your subsequent coffee deliveries.
Introductory offers are valid for rolling subscriptions only. By rolling subscriptions we mean repeat deliveries where payment is taken just before each delivery. Pre-purchased repeat deliveries for example are excluded.
Any promotion code or offer provided on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. We reserve the right to amend or cancel promotion coupons and offers at any time.
For one off purchases or gift subscription purchases you will be charged via your chosen payment method when you place an order.
For regular Pay-As-You-Go orders the payment for the first delivery or set of deliveries will be taken when you place your order. Your subscription will then automatically renew and you will be billed again on the Monday of the week that your next delivery is due. Your coffee will generally be roasted on Tuesday or Wednesday and posted soon after. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method for the Footprint Coffee Ltd service until you pause or cancel your scheduled renewal payments.
If you cancel your renewal payments we will continue to deliver the coffee that has already been paid for, but we will not renew your subscription when it reaches the end of its term.
If we make a mistake and send something that you have not ordered we will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you so long as the product is returned un-opened and in a re-saleable condition.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. If the problem is due to damage during transit you must inform us on the day of receipt.
We reserve the right to request that faulty goods be returned to us by recorded delivery for inspection. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods including postage. We will consider refunds for any coffee returned to us within 7 days of receipt and other products within 28 days of receipt.
If you make a mistake and wish to return an item for any reason you have up to 7 days for coffee products and 28 days for other items. To be eligible for refund, replacement or credit the item must be returned un-used in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Items must be returned at your own cost with a note stating the reason and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit voucher.
Cancellation and Amendment
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first delivery. Cancellations and amendments should be done on your ‘My Account’ pages on the website www.footprintcoffee.co.uk.
When you purchase a subscription for a specified number of deliveries (greater than one at a time), whether as a pay-as-you-go for yourself or as a gift, your contract with us will be subject to a 14 day ‘cooling off period’. This means that you may cancel your order at any time within the first 14 days and receive refund the full value of the subscription less the standard price of the coffee you keep. If you would like a full refund you must return all deliveries unopened within 7 days of receipt. After the 14 day cooling off period cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 28 days.
NB: Our standard price is the price that a single delivery of each specific coffee is advertised at on our website excluding any promotions.
As with all online shops we need to collect certain information about you in order to process and deliver your orders. We also collect information to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience and to analyse how our website is used so that we can make sure that we are providing the best service possible. We realise that you are trusting us to use this information sensitively and responsibly and in return we want you to be re-assured that we take your privacy very seriously.

What information do we collect and why?
When you place an order with us we collect your Name, Email Address, Delivery Address and Credit Card or Bank Details. This is so that we can process and fulfil your order and keep you up to date with it’s progress.
We may also collect information about your coffee preferences so that we can send/recommend products that we think you will enjoy.
If you enter a competition or take part in a promotion we collect your name and email address so that we can notify winners or pass on voucher codes etc.
We may also use your email address to tell you about our news such as new products, services or promotions that we are offering. If you decide that you do not wish to receive such emails you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
How do we protect your information?
When you place an order or access your online account your details are encrypted and transferred by secure server (SSL).
We cannot see your account password.
Your bank and/or credit card details are not known to us or stored by us. They are managed by our vetted and approved online payment providers, Stripe.
Will we pass on your information to others?
Footprint Coffee Ltd. will not sell, rent or transfer your information to any outside parties whatsoever.
Cookies are used by website owners for a variety of reasons. Cookies are small text files that a website places on any computer you use to access that website.
The cookies that we use allow us to distinguish you from other users so that we can provide you with a personalised service including direct access to your account.
The other cookies that we use are for analytical purposes. They do not identify you, but they do provide us with information about how you use our site and may also collect information about your general internet browsing. This is important feedback which allows us to improve the way that our website works, for example by making sure that our users are finding what they need easily.
